Macaroons Two Ways

4 cups dry unsweetened coconut
1/3 virgin coconut oil melted over hot water
3/4 cup raw agave nectar

Mix all together and then divide in two bowls.

To one bowl add 1/2 cup raw cocoa powder and 1 Tbls. Orange oil
To the other add one mashed up banana, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon and 1 cup finely chopped walnuts.

I made the chocolate ones in macaroon shape and the banana ones like cookies but you can do whatever you desire.

You can do one of two things at this point...if you own a dehydrator then do that for about 12 hours on 115 if not you can place the formed cookies in the refrigerator, the coconut oil will help to solidify the cookies and you can take them out a few at a time and eat right away.
